  9. Place it in a large bowl and beat with an electric beater for 2 mins until soft & creamy.
  10. Add the mascarpone cheese & continue beating for a few more minutes..
  11. Add the icing sugar, the liqueur & the pinch of salt & beat for 3 - 4 mins.
  12. Fill the macaroons with the mascarpone cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
